We hold our Skills & Drills Classes Monday -Thursday at 1006 Riley St, Folsom, CA 95630 Skills & Drills is our signature program designed to guide athletes through their personal basketball development. Our comprehensive curriculum focuses on ball handling, passing, shooting, defense, and basketball IQ, with athletes grouped by skill level to ensure an optimal learning experience. Each hour-long class is both challenging and engaging. We are committed to development through communication, optimism, respect, education, trust, and leadership and we strive to empower our players to achieve excellence and be positive role models on and off the court.

5:30 - 6:30: K-3rd Skills and Drills
6:30 - 7:30: 4th-8th Skills and Drills
7:30 - 8:30: High school / Advance (Half Court)
7:30-8:15: Small Groups (Half Court)
Tuesday
5:30 - 6:30: K-3rd Skills and Drills
6:30 -7:30: 4th-5th Skills and Drills
7:30 - 8:30: 6th-8th Skills and Drills (No HS or Advanced)
Wednesday
5:30 - 6:30: K-3rd Skills and Drills
6:30 - 7:30: 4th-8th Skills and Drills
7:30 - 8:30: High school / Advance (Half Court)
7:30 - 8:15: Private Sessions (Half Court)
Thursday
